This is our Official 13th Annual Kansas City Greek Picnic.
Each year, the Kansas City Greek Picnic attracts a diverse audience of more than 5,000 collegiate and graduate members of African American sororities and fraternities from the Midwest region and beyond. Coming together to raise funds for the empowerment and motivation ofour future leaders, attendees enjoy a weekend-long festival of events and activities that entertain and serve the community. Proceeds from the Kansas City Greek Picnic benefit our 501c(3) nonprofit organization – Kids Community Growing Prosperity – whose purpose is to provide mentorship and resources for Kansas City’s urban youth to accomplish their goals and strive to make their dreams come true.

Event time: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Fee: $150.00
Important notes:
Vendors that are selling food or drink items require a temporary food permit (Permit fee not included in vendor fee)
Temporary food permit can be done: HERE
Vendors should arrive between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm to set up
Vendors should arrive NO later than 12:00 pm
Vendors should break down their booths no later 6:00 pm
Additional Tables, Chairs & Tent are not included but are recommended for your reserved 20X20 ft space.
